How to File a Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work is being infringed via our platform, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (specifically the URL of the channel or match page on TVfyy).
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification
If a notice of copyright infringement has been filed against you, you may file a counter-notification with our agent. This must include your signature, identification of the material that was removed, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your region.
Repeat Infringer Policy
TVfyy maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
