1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TVfyy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TVfyy.
2. Description of Service
TVfyy provides a high-performance streaming platform that aggregates live television broadcasts and sporting events. We do not host the content on our own servers; rather, we provide a secure, inbuilt interface to view publicly available and licensed streams.
3. User Accounts & Subscriptions
To access certain features (including Premium Channels), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Manual creation of subscriptions by administrators is final and governed by our internal policies.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age.
- Redistribution or recording of streams is strictly prohibited.
- Account sharing across multiple households may result in suspension.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Circumvent any geographical restrictions or security measures.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or spiders to access the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including TVfyy staff.
- Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks connected to the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The TVfyy platform, including its interface, logos, and code, is the property of TVfyy. Stream content is the property of its respective owners and broadcasters. TVfyy makes no claim of ownership over the content transmitted through its player.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
